Worked from ideation to Growth for multi-channel Campaign product. SMS channel itself can handle upto 500K contacts per campaign and provide around 25-30 sms throughput (industry leading) per customer.
Rolled out Concierge MVP for inhouse LLM and AI models suited for our comprehensive suite delivering Omnichannel insights and onboarding 3 enterprise customers in first 2 month wherein 2 are existing customers thus increasing customer stickiness.
